The Young Scientist Badge (YSB) programme, launched in 1982 by SCB, inspires primary school students' interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Complementing the formal school curriculum, YSB offers various engaging activities to encourage STEM exploration beyond the classroom.

- Online Course Subscriptions: Access courses for 365 days. Upon completion of courses, earn badges* and e-certificates. (tickets available below)
o Single Badge: Choose one course.
o All-Badges: Access all available YSB courses.
o Mail Physical Badges After Completion: Get the physical badges delivered to you. (proof of purchase and course completion are required) - Hands-on Workshops: Special thematic workshops only available during specific periods. (tickets will be shown below 3 months before workshop date)
- Self-Guided Trails: Explore our curated trails of exhibits and discover scientific wonders at your own pace. Complete the self-guided trails to earn “I am a Young Scientist” physical badges and e-certificates (Get Science Centre tickets at tickets.science.edu.sg, then scroll down and add your Trail during checkout)
